The Indian Oil Officers' Association (IOOA) strongly condemns the unfortunate shotgun incident involving colleagues of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) at Badaun. IOOA stands in complete solidarity with the officers and employees of HPCL during this difficult time and urges the concerned authorities to ensure a thorough investigation, strict action against those responsible, and enhanced safety and security measures for all personnel serving in the energy sector.
The Indian Oil Officers' Association (IOOA) has urged the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) to conduct interviews at the earliest for the positions of Director (Research & Development) and Director (Pipelines) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited. IOOA emphasized that prolonged delays in filling these key Board-level positions can adversely impact the organisation's strategic direction, operational efficiency, and long-term growth initiatives. The Association requested the concerned authorities to expedite the selection process in the larger interest of the organisation.
