IOOA Urges Early Appointment of Directors for R&D and Pipelines

The Indian Oil Officers' Association (IOOA) has urged the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) to conduct interviews at the earliest for the positions of Director (Research & Development) and Director (Pipelines) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited. IOOA emphasized that prolonged delays in filling these key Board-level positions can adversely impact the organisation's strategic direction, operational efficiency, and long-term growth initiatives. The Association requested the concerned authorities to expedite the selection process in the larger interest of the organisation.
